Brunswick Junction

 

This town, 160kms. South of Perth, is the centre for a large dairy industry and has a population of 829. The Memorial Hall is situated in the main street with the WW1 Roll of Honour mounted on the left of the entrance,on the right side of the Hall is a small park, the pillars of the entrance gates each bear a brass plaque recording the names of those who died in WW1(L/H side 24 names) and WW2 (R/H side 15 names) the gate is surmounted by an arch bearing the words "Lest We Forget".
