Ballidu is a small town within the Wongan - Ballidu Shire some 36 km. North of Wongan Hills. The Memorial is situated in the main street and comprises a rough dressed three sided granite obelisk mounted on a three sided die stone which has inscribed on it on two of it's sides the names of those who fell in WW1(8) and WW2 (7),the whole is mounted on a three stepped base surrounded by lavender bushes.
