Derby

2390kms. North of Perth, Derby was established in 1883 to service the growing cattle industry. Today, with a population of 3000 plus it is the administrative centre for West Kimberley. The Memorial is located in Stanley Square on the corner of Loch and Johnston Streets; constructed from brick and flanked by two flag poles,it bears a plaque with the badges of the three Services and reads:
