Denham
830kms North of Perth and within the Shark Bay World Heritage area, Denham is a favourite holiday destination as well as having a commercial fishing industry. The Memorial comprising a polished granite obelisk mounted on a brick base is located in Pioneer Park in Hughes St., facing the Memorial are four seats donated by the Denham Returned Services League in memory of four of their deceased members.Originally Pioneer Park was the site of the cemetery but with the exception of one all remains were re-interred in the new cemetery
